Diena, Constantinople 1922 15pi-90pi local surcharges (Sass. 65-67) with Raybaudi cert, many other offices issues with high values, some Fiume, etc.; with many scarce to rare singles and sets throughout, inspection highly recommended.

Specialized collection of stamps and cover written up on pages in Scott album; starting with the 1862 first issues mint and some used including rare 40c with imperf bottom margin and on cover usage, 1863 issue Scott #23 with variety and mixed franking usages, nice section of 1863-77 issues including mint and an array of on cover usages including three color franking on circular and another to U.S., similar later issues including officials, dues, newspapers, postal stationery, revenues and offices abroad.
