there are 2 bisects (unlisted by Scott, but with a MEPSI opinion), other items include a 1c pasted on Zacatecas newspaper, an IOU with revenue stamps + Aguilitas and uncommon local city frankings, the high values chapter (50c-5p) contains 23 scarce
items mostly non-philatelic including a tag originally attached to a bag, the highest franking cover (12 pesos: pair of 5p + 1p) is philatelic yet unique, not many off-cover stamps are included, yet there is a unique block with a very early "Payo
Obispo" cancel (now Chetumal).
