This one of only two examples to receive this grade with only one graded higher.

A SUPERB GEM AND DESPITE ITS MODEST CATALOG VALUE, THIS IS A VERY RARE STAMP WHICH IS NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND IN THIS CHOICE CONDITION.

By way of comparison, the P.S.E. has graded a mere four examples with a grade of "90" or higher, the highest grade being "95". We can only venture to guess what this gorgeous stamp will grade.
