(10.10), letter with interesting contents including…I have put a stamp on the letter and if you have and more to pay you must let me know…some of our chaps tell me they won't do and they always stitch a penny in one corner;
slight soiling and 1d with some edge nicks, F.-V.F., a fascinating cover giving first hand account of the problems encountered with the sailor's concessionary rate, signed Holcombe & Calves.
