Jul 23 1901" cds and addressed to England, British post office seals applied in an RPO (South Wales Night Down); one 8¢ faulty, Fine and rare two-country post office seal use, this is the only recorded R.P.O. use of the Victorian seals.

1828     OX2//OX48 imagePost Office Seals Cover Balance, 1880-1980's. Of approximately 890 covers arranged by issues; strength in early usages including fifteen OX2-OX2a usages including registry and incoming, N.Y. auxiliary markings, six OX5 usages including tied bisect seal, New Mexico registered, OX6 x4, OX7-OX7a x40 including N.Y. late arrival detention on incoming from Canada, "Mutilated By Canceling Machine" on illustrated cycle cover, additional "handle with care" label, etc., California 3-color registered, 2¢ postal card to Belgium, etc., later with a host of auxiliary marks, early 2¢ Pan-Am usage (May 6th, 1901), advertising, D.L.O., multiple seal usages, plus many Prexie usages, etc., a fabulous lot for the specialist which would be impossible to duplicate, must be inspected to be appreciated, etc.
