Substantial collection in 20 mostly Scott specialty albums (17), primarily fresh clean mint, many in protective (Hawid or crystal) mounts with much n.h., occasional countries have used earlies or occasional high values used, overwhelming majority of the value here is in items over $100 up to 3000 with especially strong KEVII and KGV era, which is replete with high and top values, though all countries are not represented (GB and Canada for example) many of the most popular areas are very impressive including Falkland Islands virtually complete including Centenary issue and 2½d provisional with cert., Sarawak virtually complete *, much n.h., Brunei with canoes complete * including $25 top value, good Labuan including early, North Borneo; note * 167-94 and N1 N6, N8-11 (all but one n.h. and signed Bloch), Africa is very strong from Ascension (complete *) to Zanzibar and Zululand, Seychelles is complete *, S.
