Truly amazing nine volume collection meticulously arranged on black stock pages in binders with/more than 1000 different plate numbers from ½¢ to $5 values, 99% are matched sets of four corners of the ½¢ to 50¢ rotary press printed values with a number of the precancelled only plates, notably two each of the very scarce 19¢ and 21¢ values, also three probable Theodore Roosevelt Scott #830a 30¢ blue and a possible 830b deep blue (not counted in Durland value), dollar values show an incredible degree of completion with the $1 Wilson (#832) in all 73 different plate combinations, the 1954 dry printing has 75 plate combinations in top and bottom positions including shade varieties (#832g), the $2 Harding (#833) has 22 of the 24 different plate combinations, the $5 Coolidge (#834) astonishingly comprises all 29 different plate combinations, virtually all fresh, n.h. and Fine-Very Fine or better, a collection almost impossible to duplicate, Durland 2022 value $43,000.

Lovely mint & used collection house in two Davo Albums on homemade pages, the 19th century is used and some of the 20th century is both mint and used, the collection starts with used 1847 5¢ & 10¢ (both with certs), the 1851 Issue includes a 1¢, 3¢, 5¢, 10¢ & 12¢ values, the following issues show a nice degree of completion up to the 1890 Issue, the 1893 Columbian Issue is complete used, the 1895 Wmkd Bureau Issue is Complete to the $5 used, the Trans-Miss Issue complete used, Pan-Ams Complete mint & used, the 1902 Issue is Complete mint & used, there is a nice showing of the Washington-Franklin Issues including a mint #505 in strip of 3, plus #523 & #547 mint, the 1922 Regular Issue is complete mint, a lovely mint 2¢ Harding Imperf. is present (Graded 100J by the P.S.E), mint Kans-Nebr, a mint White Plains souvenir sheet, the Airmails include C1-6 mint and used, plus a C1 mint block of 4, mint 10¢ Lindbergh booklet pane, a mint set of Graf Zeppelins and a 50¢ Zepp., the Back of the Book shows some useful material including Officials, Ducks, Private Vending Machine Perfs including #346 used with Shermack Perfs type III and control perfin (Cat. $1650), and the Confederate States of America is well represented with most of the General Issue used, mixed condition, but this is a very nice collection which should be carefully inspected.
