On cover from Oaxaca to Mexico, stamps were not recognized on arrival and a due of 20c was assessed and paid with two 10c Carranza overprinted stamps (489), cover was sent on Aug 22, 1915 and received on Sept 2, Very Fine, this is a rare genuine usage, most Oaxaca covers are philatelic, this is not, Scott $175 for the pair off cover.

The 2c denomination was not included in the composite sheets that were issued at first. Instead it was printed in sheets of 56 stamps. With the 25c value most in demand, the 2c plate was worked over by adding figures of "5".

The first printing in composite sheets provided all major post offices with an initial supply within a short time. The calculated ratio of denominations proved to be unrealistic, so afterwards complete sheets of each denomination were issued, which are easier to find.
