Left portion of stamp in combination with 1861, Second Issue, ½r black on buff, Puebla on piece tied by Puebla date stamps (Schatzkes 1153), Very Fine, in the 1970's census there are only 22 bisects, 10 are from Puebla, this combination is most likely unique, ex-Dormer.
