Mexico, 1892, 10c Vermilion, Advertising Sheet and Envelope. Entire addressed to Paris, France, canceled by "Veracruz, May 12.93" cds, with French "Ligne B" ship date stamp and
Paris transit; couple trivial small tears around indicia window, Very Fine, a very rare foriegn destination usage of this entire, accompanied by a pristine unused example. Higgins and Gage No. 38A. Estimate; $400 - 600.
These were printed as a special order containing a printed flyer with many advertisements and an embossed image of the 10c. The envelope has a cut die cut oval window revealing the indicia. The user would only pay 5c and the remaining 5c
