FU appearance with 'Demerara 5 SP 1856' cds, coloured surface with some small tiny touched up areas as almost always for stamps of this issue, cut to shape octagonally (exactly like the world famous 1c magenta! But in fact much nice than that stamp). Scott 15 cat US$150,000. SG 26 cat £150,000. Only around 15 examples are recorded & of those almost all either have major faults or are cut to shape like this example. One of the great classic rarities of the British Empire.
