1913 Postal Orders set $11½, $22½, $56¼, 1$12½, 3$93½ & 4$50, with values in centre in both patacas/avos & in shillings/pence, with postage stamp designs 'ST TOME E PRINCIPE' 2½c or 7½c printed at
left, specimens with serial no 000:000, ea with 2 intact perf counterfoils at left. Top 5 values are superb fresh UNC, while the lowest value is washed & repaired (and not counted in the valuation). These were prepared in the same design as the 1913
