Addressed to A Westenholz His Danish Majesty's Consul General at Knight of Dannebrog and Dannebrogsman. He was a Danish businessman and politician who was awarded the order of the Danneborg a Danish order of Chivalry, later made a Knight of the order in 1859 as a consul-General in London.
