Internet, Mail, and Phone Auction 3126 - August 8, 2025

Sam Houston Philatelics next auction will close on Friday, August 8, 2025 at 1:00 PM, Central Time. The sale contains 716 lots, with material in all price ranges and something for everyone, collectors and dealers alike.
  • UNITED STATES, There are (89) U.S. lots offered, with a few Classics, late 19th Century issues and Banknotes (about 20). There are (23) various turn-of-the century issues. Washington/Franklins and 1920's issues have about 30 lots; and there are (14) Modern issues (1930 - current) including a couple graded issues.
  • COVERS, There is a selection of covers (53); (14) Commercial and (39) First Day. Also, there are a couple First Day Ceremony program lots.
  • AIRMAIL AND BACK OF BOOK ISSUES, There are (55) lots; an interesting mix of Air Post, Postal Insurance, Officials, Stationary, Revenue and Souvenir Cards and54ewq pages.
  • ERRORS, FREAKS, AND ODDITIES, There are (15) lots; with several interesting misperfs and color mis-alignments.
  • AUTOGRAPHS & MISCELLANEOUS, There are (32) lots offered, with (21) being Autograph lots, of which (13) are NHL all-star hockey players. And a few Cinderella and miscellaneous lots.
  • GENERAL FOREIGN, COLLECTIONS, There are (157) lots to consider. Highlights include useful Australian States and Australian collections; a nice collection of Canadian official stamps; and a Great Britain Machin collection. Also, several interesting Topical collections
  • DUCK STAMPS & PRINTS, Contains (313) lots with Old Licenses, Souvenir Cards and (16) FDC's with several Judith Fogt one-of-a-kind cachets; (12) lots of Junior Duck stamps, including scarce JDS5 and 6 plate blocks. About two dozen Plate Number singles and about (70) Federals from which to pick. Also, several Federal Errors, and Artist Signed Federal Stamps are offered. You will also find State Duck singles and errors, Governor's Editions and Non-authorized Governor Editions - many hand-signed. Finishing up the sale, are (3) Federal Duck prints, and (16) State Duck prints, of which many are first of state; and a few Conservation prints.
