Sam Houston Philatelics next auction will close on Wednesday, February 26,
2020 at 1:00 PM, Central Time. The sale contains 595 lots, with material
in all price ranges and something for everyone, collectors and dealers
alike. A few of the highlights include the following:
UNITED STATES, There are about (110) U.S. lots, (28) Classics &
Banknotes that includes a nos. 2, 99, 120 & nice 90 cent Carmine 155; (3)
Columbian lots including a gorgeous 15cent NH, (12) 1890's Regular issues,
Trans-Mississippi, and Louisiana Purchase lots. There are also about (35)
Washington-Franklins and other early 20th Century issues including a #505
in a block/9; and lastly about (30) 1930 to Date with a good selection of
graded issues (19), 50/50 SUPERB 98 & GEM 100.
COVERS, There are about 3 dozen lots; (11) being Commercial covers
including a few very fancy cancels, and quite a selection of (25) FDC's.
AIRMAIL & BACK OF BOOK ISSUES, contains about (20) lots of Airmails and
BOB with exceptional copies of distilled spirit revenue stamps; RX43&44.

imperforates including 1 cent Guitar coil pair, 18 cent Surrey Joint Line
