horizontally/vertically laid paper (some mixed up and valuable stamps generally used), however includes nice No.53-54, practically complete 55-70, 71, mint Romanov Dynasty with all money-stamps, complete later issues on wove paper with varnish lines
even with 10k light blue (No.79a), Soviet Russia unit is apparently complete. The Collection represents semi-postal issues for the period (no Philately for the Labor); overall mixed condition on used items, full/part of OG on others, F/VF, overall
