Other than the first couple pages it’s all mint with much NH. Includes all the bells and whistles plus some specialty material. Starts with a #1 (also one lurking in a counter book) continues with strong Crackow overprints and the 1919 surcharges with many signed. Then, from there on complete less a couple of the best souvenir sheets. Other notables are WW I locals, Groszys, Port Gdansk and Gov’t. in exile.
