Old
time pedestrian collection with mixed condition as expected on the earlies and back of the book. There is optimistic placement early on and most are poorly centered. That being said, there are better items and an extensive back of the book including,
cut squares, revenues, ducks, and officials. Worth the time to look for the better items. (Image)

Precancel collection that can easily be continued. Attractive computer-generated pages in binders and loose that have few stamps. However, there are stock pages, envelopes and glassines filled with material that needs to be sorted. Few
bureaus then more Washington Franklins start this out followed by the proliferation of precancels in the 1920s to 1950s. A small amount of back of the book is also present along with covers. This lot is what precancel collectors were waiting for and
well worth a view. (Image) (image002)
