Twenty-nine covers to or from Japanese Civilian Internment or Relocation Camps during World War II. Perceived as a security threat, people of Japanese ancestry, including American citizens, were isolated in a number of sites throughout
the U.S. in what is now considered an atrocious violation of their civil rights. These covers were an attempt at an exhibit showing the postal history of these sites. Interesting stuff. (Image) (image002)
