Also included, similarly presented formular pages for 1941-44 Finnish Occupation of Eastern Karelia and 1941-44 Miliary Posts, each with a few oddments (6), plus 1856-1917 Russian Grand Duchy with a few minor useful oddments (10). 1989-2002 substantially empty pages with irregular oddments and single issues only (35).
