1862-66 Collection of Chalons in variable condition on 4 Hagners, the stamps having vendor vendor labels with SG numbers in range SG #59-127 (not all correctly identified). Amomg
the better items noted are 1872 1/- greenish-grey SG #71, 1874 2d blue and 6d green SG #75,78, 1876 6d yellow and buff-yellow SG #102,103
and 1879 1/- mauve no wmk SG #117. The 1880 lithographs to 10/- are either defective (2d pale blue SG #118 x2, one Ω/poor perfs and used poor perfs, facial scuffs) or pen
cancels and fiscal cancels. The 20/- rose SG #127 (£350) has poor perfs at left and is a little faded, Cat c.£1,100 including the latter and excluding the other obviously defective items. (55) (Image1) (Image2)

1862-66 No Wmk and Wmk Small Star Chalons on Hagner including 1862 1d Indian red no wmk SG #21, 1864 'REGISTERED' (6d) orange-yellow SG #49,
1865 1d orange-vermilion perf 13 SG #51 and 1866 5/- pale rose no wmk perf 13 SG #58, unusually reduced in size from aberrant perforating. The perfs are mostly in variable

The better items include 1897 1d roulette in black and perf 12½,13 SG #260, 1911 4d grey-black Die I SG #305 x2 (perf 13x11 MUH and perf 13x12½ MLH), 1911 1/- violet perf 13x12½ SG #308 and 1907 2/6d vermilion large Chalon SG #309. The 1884 1d
pale red perf 9½ x12 SG #176 is faded, the 1900 Boer War Charity 1d (6d) SG #263 has disturbed gum and the 2d (1/-) SG #264 is creased,

range PF #1-34 (the SG range is SG #F1-F34), most with pen cancels and other fiscal strikes (a couple MNG) including 1866 6/- brown (pen cancel) PF
