centred Cancelled-to-order with no gum bearing a 1928 Melbourne GPO cds. BW #53 Note 5 explains that 'these stamps were accidentally included in collector sets in late 1930 and only 20 sets were sold
before the mistake was realised and withdrawn from all remaining sales. The number available was increased slightly from later presentations and the 1986-87 archival sales, but it remains rare' Cat $2,250. (Image 1)
