Phoenix Auctions Sale - 96

Worldwide Public Auction - December 9, 2022

Welcome to our last Auction for 2022. This is being held on Friday 9th December. Auction 96 will be live on the net via our own auction systems. Just login as usual and then open the Live Bidding window. This will then give you the ability to bid on each lot just as if you were in the room.

This is a large auction with nearly 1,100 lots, so we will have a busy long day.

Session 1 (lots 1-465) starts at 10.00am on Friday and just features Australia throught to Coins & Banknotes, with many fine Kangaroos & KGV Heads including many varieties and shades, there is another fine offering of FDCs as well, there should be something for every one here. Lot 295 (est $10,000) is noteworthy for the unusual & valuable range of items it contains.

Session 2 (lots 466-1096) starts no earlier than 1:00pm on Friday, and continues with Australian Postal History followed by Australian states. This includes 74 lots very rare NSW numerals. There is also an interesting selection of Victorian Specimens and a good selection of Registration Labels. Australian Colonies, Territories follow, finishing with Rest of World. Among the more unusual items being offered are some early Malta Postal History & 2 collections of Peru 1900s View Cards.
