Phoenix Auctions Sale - 84

Worldwide Public Auction - December 4, 2020

Auction 84 will be live on the net via our own auction systems. Just login as usual and then open the Live Bidding window to bid on each lot just as if you were in the room.


Session 1 (lots 1-601) starts at 9:00am and contains general collections, literature PPCs and Australian Commonwealth. This section includes over 39 lots of literature, some of which are rarely offered, a comprehensive selection of mint Kangaroos, including lots of varieties, also many KGV Heads and later issues as well, including more varieties etc. Some rare Customs stamps are offered towards the end of this session.
Session 2 (lots 602-796) starts no earlier than 12:30pm, and contains Australian Colonies, including an interesting group of Victorian postal instructions formed by Hugh Freeman. There are also a few revenue lots in this section and a number of Victorian parliamentary reports. This session finishes with a several Territories lots.
Session 3 (lots 797-1013) starts no earlier than 3:00pm. It contains the Rest of the World, with quite a range of British Commonwealth including many varieties, Hong Kong is particularly strong, as is the broad range of Malaysian Orchid stamps with missing colours.
