Lot 223 - Aegean, 1943, German occupation, stamp No 10 of the 1929 ‘Pictorial’ series, perforated 11, without watermark and overprinted ‘Lire 5 Pro Aegean Assistance’. The rarest stamp of the Italian Colonies of excellent quality and centring, perfect mint never hinged and unique for its overprint shifted to the left. Certified by Enzo Diena, Maurizio Raybaudi and Dr. Giorgio Colla, signatures Alberto Diena and Bolaffi. Only No 20 examples of this stamp are known, most of them with....Estimate Range:18,000 to 22,000€
