2392 C Thailand-Kuwait 1963 (14 July), plain cover carried on Lufthansa service LH 649 Bangkok to Kuwait (part of Tokyo to Düsseldorf new service). With large green cachet "Second Flight TO but first landing AT Kuwait by Lufthansa Flight 649 July 14th 1963" (in English & German). The first return flight (from Tokyo) was unable to land at Kuwait as intended, due to sandstorm. Hence this special cachet. Stated to be rare. Also with "Not Claimed" h/s. B/s incl Safat (Kuwait) 15 July, 19 Aug & Bangkok 7 Oct. Fine.
