205 NZ 1913-18 Military Forces printed forms (2) & HQ letterhead (all approx 21½ x 17cm) relating to one person: a) Cert of Exemption (ptd 1911, used 1913); b) leave without pay (ptd 1917, used May 1918); c) letter re birth cert (June 1918). The man, medically unfit, served as a volunteer (tradesman) in Auckland until 1918. Folded, some faults.

Photos apparently taken on the day or soon after. Each with caption. It is unclear whether the backs of the cards are plain or with a p/c imprint. Added m/s comments from a survivor. Printed 1st page (some tone on this). Scarce contemporary souvenir.
