Rare (known only Feb-March 1915). Latter with rare printed "Opened by Censor. Apia, Samoa" resealing label. b) Rectangular boxed h/s (5 good strikes, 2 faint) "Passed By Censor 2 G.R.I. Samoa" (in violet, green or blue-green), on 7 covers or p/cs, Oct 1916-Sept 1917. Two are philatelic, to GB (address excised), Switzerland, both with "SAMOA" ovpt stamps to 1/- FU. Also noted regn receipt 1915 ex the Administrator, Apia to the Quartermaster General, Wgtn, NZ. c) Square boxed h/s (4 good, 3 fair) "Passed By Censor 3 G.R.I.
