701 imageSamoa 1980 defaced plate reprint sheets of 120v for museum presentation of 2½d King Malietoa x 2; 5d Flag x 3. Also Palm Trees ½d x 12, 1d x 10 (+7 smaller units of 8 to 30); 2d x 9; 4d x 6; 6d x 18; 1/- x 8 & 2/6d x 14. Most are imperf & printed in a range of colours. Each shows various means of defacement, sometimes multiple devices used on plates. Housed in large album with photocopies of c1900 correspondence re these stamps (82 defaced reprint sheets of 120v).
