Brinkerhoff, Sedalia Mo., accompanied by a proxy for the Nebraska-Iowa Stamp Vending Company dated Dec. 31, 1909 as well as three other documents headed "The Brinkerhoff Stamp Seller and Money Changer", one describing advances in the business and soliciting additional investors, another related to the 1910 annual meeting and a third a subscription to buy shares in the Mississippi Valley Stamp Vending Company, Very Fine, Belasco records only nine covers with Type Iia perforations on Scott 344, Brinkerhoff used various companies to carry out his activities, the Nebraska-Iowa Stamp Vending Co. was the licensee to sell Brinkerhoff vending machines in 11 central and western states, investors in the company were given options to buy shares in any future operating companies established by Brinkerhoff, Very Fine, ex-Getlan.
