1880, Collection of 9 different postal stationeries unused and 2 used ‘Carte-Telegramme Tubes Pneumatiques’, plus four complete postal stationery answering cards including overprinted issues(RP5-RP8, RP16, RA2). Money order 30+30 c. on thin paper, generally fine.
1481, merchant's letter written in Mondon on 28. November 1481 via Lyon to Venice, early forerunner from France to Italy carried by commercial merchant courier service, Cert. Roumet (2021)

1840/72, seven good franking covers with faults, including penny black on envelope 14/May/1840, plate 1a, position RC, red Maltese cross cancel, clear to large margins, flaw at center (before affixed), destinations Rio de Janeiro, Bogota and Prince Edward Island, faults but an attractive group.
1914/18, 70+ covers of APO and FPO covers, 1916/18 covers/cards from British Army in Salonika incl. registered usage, 1921/23 India Field Post Office covers with IEF adhesives ex No.'s 400, 407 and 415, 1922/23 'Army of the Black Sea' covers, Egypt MILITARY POST OFFICE ALEXANDRIA 1898. Ex collection Keith Tranmer.
1916/18, WWI Fieldpost 13 covers & cards from Salonique, several cancellations and censors, nice cards, all to England, mainly fine.
1918/62, Collection on 17 album leaves including British field post Natal South Africa, Palestine censorship reg. 1918 to Egypt, (Hebrew), Italy, Trieste and Greece, M.E.F. two air mail covers from Egypt to Germany 1948, mostly fine.
