SERVICE" in black small English letters. This stamp not previously recorded with overprint. It is of great interest that the overprint is the genuine type but the ink used is different from those used on previous issues. Most likely a new batch of
ink was used to produce the last issues in 1941. An exceptionally rare item (Image 1)
