cover from Paonta to Nahan franked with 1895-96 3p + 2a and 1894-99 3p making up the 6p rate for single weight letter + 2 annas for registration with boxed registration strike on reverse and Nahan delivery cds on reverse. Sirmoor stamps on local
(within Sirmoor State) mail are virtually non-existent because the Sirmoor postal department had strict orders from the Maharaja of the State to remove all stamps from articles of mail prior to delivery. These used stamps were used to fulfil the
