907 cover   imageNineteenth Century, group of three interesting items, including a vertical pair of Canada 3d red Beavers on cover, and two Henry Morgan-related items, one an 1894 response from Edwin Avery to Morgan's request for biographical information for an upcoming publication (with contents), the 3d Beaver cover shows manuscript "Paid" and has a FE 3 1852 Raleigh, U.C. cancel in addition to the two cancels tying the stamps, with Dundas and London markings on reverse, with 2003 Greene Foundation certificate noting the severe damage to the stamps, still an elusive cover for many collectors.
