We note selections of low denomination Victorian, Edward, Québec, Admiral, Scroll, Arch, onward, with the majority of material ranging from the 1920s up to the 1960s. The lot also includes a selection of coil singles from the Admirals, and Arch issues, with coil pairs from the War issues, along with back of the book material including Special Delivery, Postage Due, War Tax, and Officials.. A spot check indicated Scott #s: 51 (x12, c.v. $360 total), 53 (x4, 2 n.h., $210 total), 97 (m.h., $85), 245 (n.h., $110), MR4 (m.h., $275 total), along with many stamps cataloguing in the $10 to $20 range. The lot also includes roughly 75 mint Newfoundland issues, primarily post 1897, with a few stamps cataloguing from $5 to $10. The collection begins with a good run of used classics with Scott #s 4, 14-15, 17-20, along with a complete set of used Large Queens (c.v. $1,160), including #28 (x2), and #29 (m.h., $125). The collection continues with 32 used Small Queens, including four 10c (with one being a pink shade), along with mint and used Jubilees up to the 50c (2c n.h., 50c m.h., $1,378 total), and continues with used sets of Leaf, Numeral, Edwards, Québecs, up to the Peace issue. Also included are mint and used back of the book including Special Delivery, Postage Dues, War Tax (including used MR2B-D, Unitrade c.v. $220 total). Catalogue value counted up to 1951 only.
