The card was taxed "T/5" in circle and two 10 centimes French Postage Due stamps (Scott J30) were affixed. Monaco did not have its own Postage Dues until 1905 (closed spike hole). A second card is a P22 2c blue U.P.U. Leaf mailed from Hedleyville, Québec on FEB.12.1903 to Paris, France, redirected to Monte Carlo, Monaco, with FEB.25 receiver.
