1124 PC P13 image1898 1c Post Card Mailed Short Paid to Tokyo, Japan, P13 1c card was mailed from Ottawa on JUN.19.1898 to Tokyo, Japan with receiver partially hidden by a (faulty) Japanese 4s regular issue (Scott 77) used as a postage due, as the card was short paid 1c (4 sen penalty). There are blue crayon Japanese notations at top, a scarce "5 / OTMS / T" handstamp and a DUE in circle with blue crayon "4" inside.
