1397 og/O British Commonwealth imageBritish Commonwealth Red Box Full of Queen Victoria Era Stamps, many are identified and priced in 102 cards, with a good variety of different countries and issues, with duplication of some. We noted many stamps with a catalogue value in the $10 to $100 range, with some higher, but those will often have faults. We counted only those stamps that have a catalogue value written on the cards, with about 20% remaining unpriced, and did not count either the easily visible faulty ones, the straight edges or the revenue cancelled stamps, and came up with $8,398. Having done a comparison with today's prices, we note that the 10 or so items we checked are now more valuable than what was written on the cards.
