Trial Colour Proof Used on Cover, a (25c) Patricia Airways and Exploration Semi-Official proof on buff coloured paper, franking a 2c Admiral personal commercial cover mailed a mining recorder in Sioux Lookout (AUG.11.1926) to his wife in Prescott
(AUG.13), forwarded to Cobalt (AUG.17). It appears that only 2 or 3 panes were printed in this colour, and this is the only known stamp used on a cover, commercial or otherwise. Cover has a tear at top (not mentioned in the certificate), still rare,
and accompanied by a 2019 Greene Foundation certificate. (Scan 1)
