685 24 image2c Large Queen on a 1869 Promissory Note, an illustrated note from Conestoga on OCT.23.1869 promising to pay the sum of $35. Docketing on back suggests the sum was paid on APR.13.1870. Revenue tax was paid with a very fine and large margined 2c Large Queen, manuscript cancelled. Folds, staining on back and reduced, still a scarce usage for this period. Ex. Lussey.
