1032 CVR 14, 15, 17 imageGroup of Eleven First Cents Issue Covers, with eight 5c Beaver frankings, one 1c Victoria on circular from Montréal and one 10c Consort mourning cover Newcastle CW to US. Other offices are: Pakenham, Hamilton, Toronto, St. Thomas, Quebéc 4-ring-37, and a large Kincardine triple rate with registry fee paid in cash to Goderich. 1¢ on return of marriages for 1865, tied by a Hamilton ’’16’’ in grid cancel on large folded Methodist Church "Return of Marriages" listing names and details of people who got married. All single frankings, we note an 1862 registered from Dingle UC, owner noted some stamp varieties such as re-entry, "Spot over sun", "flaw in margin below O", "scratch over A". Quality varies drastically, and there is a front, still a useful lot, on the market for the first time in 60 years.
