Varying degree of development, with many nice early issues (mint or used) and nice sets or series such as early Groupe Type of Benin, Congo, Ivory Coast, nice India, Offices in Egypt, Saar, Reunion and excellent Somali Coast and Senegambia. Many high to medium catalogue stamps and sets throughout. A very clean and valuable collection, with a few faults on some early issues, still overall fine or better and we recommend inspection to better comprehend its scope and contents.
