Lastly, there are several 102 cards and approval pages with a variety of mint and used. 1536 O/og/nh 28- imageSmall Group of Odds and Ends, starts with a used 12½c Large Queen (no outer frameline at right value tablet), some used Small Queens, a used 20c Admiral and other various used, plus an 1897 8c SQ cover, an 1875 2c + 3c SQ registered (faulty) cover front, etc. Also note NH #493 and 493i in blocks, a few paper varieties from the 1960s (in NH blocks), a NH block of four of #339 (3c Wilding) with a large ink smear, and a few other varieties. Also note three sets of the Postal Museum stationery cards (with Pence stamp images) including some used. 1537 O 30- imageOld Time Accumulation of Used, mostly sorted into envelopes by catalogue number, starting with #34 and on to about the 1960s, with the majority before WWII and includes lots of War issues, with many nice postmarks noted. We also note one envelope containing over 200 $1 Destroyers in fresh condition, many having nice dated cancels, and some multiples. These envelopes should contain several thousands of stamps. Also includes some old album pages and a small stockbook, the latter with some of the mint stamps stuck down due to humidity and others with faults, especially on the album pages, still saw many nice copies of higher value stamps. 1539 ng 50-65, etc. imageCanadian Diamond Jubilee Postage Album, a special souvenir album with a picture of the main Ottawa Post Office of the day and containing a complete mint set (½c to $5) of the Jubilee issues, a complete set (½c to 20c) of Québec Tercentenary and a complete set (1c to 60c) of the Newfoundland 1897 issue. Unfortunately, all the stamps are stuck down on the pages but mostly all have bright colours, and centering varies but is mostly fine or better. 1542 og/nh 66- imageMint Collection in a Scott Album, 1898 to 1971, starts at #66, with a mix of mint hinged and mint never hinged before 1939, then appears to be all never hinged to the end. Complete in period for regular issues, missing only #95 in the main section. We note # 71 (NH, $350), 90a (NH block of four), 122 (NH, $240), etc. Nice back of the book, with some empty spaces in the Official overprint section. 1544 O/og/nh 66/302 imageMostly Mint Valuable Collection / Dealer Stock, mostly all mint and all neatly displayed on black stock sheets, from Queen Victoria Leafs and Numerals, Edwards, Maps, Québec, many Admirals including coils, 1920s to 1930s issues with many blocks, some plate blocks, through to the War issues, with many coil strips (including paste-up and jump) and high values, up to the late 1940s, but with a few more modern items such as Cameo coil strips and a 38c Regiments plate block. The owner has priced about 95% of the items with what appears to be catalogue values or close to, which comes to $39,700. There are probably another couple of hundred dollars worth of unpriced items. Better items noted include #s 71 (nh), 99 (nh), 103 (nh), 147 (plate 1 strip of 4, plate 2 strip of 5), 156 (nh block of 4), 158 (two mint and one used), 159 (hinged), just to name a few. A spot check for gum revealed a few stamps that were identified as hinged but have no gum, a few more identified as never hinged and had small gum imperfections, but others were correctly identified. We noted a few faults, else an overall fine to very fine lot and great for the online dealer. We have scanned all pages online and also recommend inspection. 1552 nh 321/1875 Mint Collection in Four Lindner Hingeless Albums, with matching slipcases, from 1952 to 2000. Appears to be complete in period, starting to miss some in the last ten or so years.
