violet Queen Victoria Numeral on Thick Yellowish Paper, with "C" Flaw, a left Plate 2 plate block of thirty, with full selvedge on three sides, showing full Plate 2 inscription at top. Position 14 clearly shows the "C" flaw (never hinged). The
block has been sensibly re-joined down the centre and there are other hinged rejoining stamps in a few places. There is a vertical crease affecting two stamps (position 4 and tiny bit of 14), still a scarce and impressive plate block and overall
fine-very fine. Accompanied by a 2014 Greene Foundation certificate. (Scan a)
