If the horizontal pair was separated it would result with left stamp perf 14x11x14x14 and right stamp perf 14x14x14x11 as the patch between the stamps is ONLY PERF 11 on the reverse which was it's purpose, to correct perforations to the vertical margin, the pair is not 'heavily hinged' as the committee has misinterpreted the official patch gummed strip as a hinge reinforcement, an extremely rare variety which we believe only occurred in one vertical row on one pane, with RPSL certificate, OG, HR VF-S (Image)
