842 imageA London-made and engraved Sharpe’s pinfire “winegrower's pistol.” Damascus barrel with a Liege proof mark (Belgium), indicating at least the barrel was made there. Due to its age, the firearm is license free when kept in collection. The pistol was manufactured between 1867 and 1884 when there were several gunsmiths named Sharpe in London. The firearm is in fine condition for its age, with beautiful engravings and a good patina. Both firing pins function properly, and the spring has fine tension. (Image)
