2245 image1845 12 kop + 10 kop (Commissary L.O. Prytz). The only known tenant agreement dated 4.3.1848; the original agreement, with detailed obligations, was made for 40 years. It used the large crown 12 kop paper (between private individuals). The 10 kop paper is of the small crown type (the earliest known by Saarinen, dated 25.9.1857) and features the seal 'Raseborgs Östra Doms…'. The agreement was processed at the court, but the case or decision is not known. The combined use of both papers is extremely rare (Image)

As security for the debt, a mortgage was taken out, and the promissory note was pledged to the Bank of Finland in September 1864 and to the Finnish Union Bank in October 1864.
