The stamps are Fine, the cover is creased and soiled at left, with 2026 P.F. certificate. Scott $225+.

An extraordinary cover that is worthy of exhibition. The date is earlier than the July 7 EKU currently listed in Scott - and is the first day the parcel post postage dues could be used as regular postage dues on first class mail.
