696   imageHawaii, Revenue, 1867, Land Deed Transfer with embossed royal stamp, "HOAILONA PAII O KE ALII" over a green serrated sticker. The deed is between a husband and wife, it is all in the Hawaiian language except for the notary public who mentions that he has spoken with the wife separately to insure she is not transferring her land against her will. This document is extremely rare and in nice condition despite a tear in the paper on the backside at the fold.
