141   imageILLEGAL POSTAGE: Folded cover sent from Salta to Valparaiso on 28/AP/1872, franked with a GJ.38 (5c. Rivadavia) PREVIOUSLY USED (cancel of JUJUY). The cancel of Salta was neatly applied over the previous cancel so that it could not be noticed, which makes me think that the shift postal clerk was aware of this scheme and/or was part of it.
